Camps

All of our camp locations are no more than a 45 drive from our central office location in Westwood. Because we aren't a national company, stretched thin while having to worry about dozens or hundreds of locations, we are much more attentive to our camps. If there's an equipment  issue, someone can be there to look at it in no time at all. Our entire staff is local as well, all living within driving, bus riding, or even biking and walking distance from our locations.

PlanetBravo's Techno-tainment Camps maintain a strict 6:1 ration of students to staff. Keeping our numbers small not only makes our camps safer, allowing us to keep an eye on all students at all times, it guarantees that every student will get the proper amount of attention in the classroom. As an added bonus,  our strict limits allow us to guarantee that every student will have their own computer while at the camp.

By establishing relationships with companies like Microsoft, Clickteam, and Netsupport School, we are able to offer incredible courses at a fraction of the price. Due to a very special partnership with Clickteam, PlanetBravo has been made an authorized reseller of the Multimedia Fusion 2 software, meaning students are able to purchase the exact same program used in class at a discounted price. Several companies also provide prizes to be given campers across all our different locations.

While we're mainly a tech camp, we still make sure to spend plenty of time outside in the fresh air getting exercise. Also, to ensure even the shortest attention span stays satisfied, our day is broken down into one hour segments of constantly changing lessons and activities, making our full 8 hour days fly by in no time.

When we're not running a camp, we're spending our time thinking about how to make camp better. That means searching far and wide for the next big thing to include in our camps, as well as exploring new features within our most favorite classes. As each new course list comes out, at least half the classes will be completely new every year.

A camp is nothing without the people running it, and every PlanetBravo instructor is hand-picked by Camp Coordinator and Academic Director Danny Pezzotta. They are chosen not just for their incredible technical abilities, but also for their love for teaching and affinity for working with kids. Of course, they all go through a complete background check and fingerprinting as well.
